The story so far
LaunchPoint was founded by a training and development coordinator working inside a registered NDIS provider, with close to six years' experience across disability and community services and around four years as a Youth Mental Health First Aid instructor.
That's time spent building and delivering training for real teams, not just writing about it — and it's shaped a simple view: workers can tell the difference between training that respects their time and training that's just there to tick a box.
LaunchPoint is a fresh, standalone product line — every course is being built specifically for it, from the ground up.
